Drying Times: Touch Dry: 1.5 – 2 hours
Apply to new galvanising within 7 days. Zinc surfaces which are contaminated should be cleaned down using an abrasive pad, water and cleaning agent followed by rinsing and allowing to dry. If contaminated with oil or grease surfaces should be wiped over with Universal Degreaser before carrying out the cleaning down procedure. Can be applied to weathered galvanised surfaces although reactivity of the treatment will diminish as the age of the galvanising increases and can result in an uneven colouration from light grey to dark grey.
If no colour change takes place, these areas should be considered contaminated. Successive coats should not be applied to overcome the lack in change of colour of the zinc surface.

Product description:
AZ Forecourt Cleaner is a safe alternative to many highly alkaline products designed for similar tasks.
Usage: 1:50 (2%) Dilute at around 2%
Instructions for Use of Premixed Solution
Diesel Islands: Spray or mop area, agitate with deck scrubber and rinse sparingly. Brush water into drainage channels. Wipe pumps with clean dry cloth.
Pumps: Spray or wipe solution from bottom upwards, avoiding direct spray on pump head. Spray surrounding pump island. Take pump out and clean around nozzle area with toothbrush. Wipe hose with clean cloth and rinse sparingly. Brush excess water into drainage channels. Wipe pump with clean dry cloth.
Forecourt: Sweep area clean of litter, spray or mop stained areas and scrub with deck scrubber. Rinse with hose, washing product to crossover drain.
Forecourt Bins: Wipe solution over tops and sides and rinse with clean water. Wipe with a clean dry cloth.
Pole Sign: Pull down, spray and wipe price panel. Wipe inside of clear plastic front. Spray and wipe down exterior
Forecourt Stanchions: Cone off area. Sponge on solution, agitate with mop and hose down. Remove cones
Fencing: Spray or wipe on, agitate with cloth if necessary and wipe down
Floors: Mop on, use deck scrubber as necessary. Clean floor in sections. Rinse with clean water.
