Uses:
Water-Seal is used as a masonry waterproofer suitable for use on brick, stone, concrete and unglazed tiles. It protects the surface against water and frost, providing a micro porous coating which does not change the aesthetic appearance of a building. Product does not contain solvents harmful to the user or the environment and is non-flammable. MiP Water-Seal penetrates deeply into the treated surface to provide effective water repellence for many years
Benefits:
Improved durability and beading effect. Solvent free formula – environmentally friendly. Non-flammable Can be applied by conventional garden spray. Can be applied to damp surfaces.
Directions: Do not apply below 10°C.
All Surfaces must be clean and sound: free from dirt, mosses and grease. Do not use detergents to clean prior to application as beading effect will be significantly reduced.
Shake well before use. Do not dilute. Apply using brush, spray or roller. On vertical surfaces apply from bottom up. Ensure the whole area to be treated is saturated. On horizontal surfaces saturate and brush in any puddles after 15-20 minutes. Apply in two coats, applying the second coat whilst the first coat is still damp (within 1 hour).
NOTE: SURFACE TREATED MAY DARKEN AFTER THE FIRST APPLICATION. ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA FIRST PRIOR TO COATING THE WHOLE SURFACE.
Store in cool, dry conditions, between 5 and 40°C. PROTECT FROM FROST
Shelf Life: 12 months form date of manufacture. Note towards the end of this period product may separate into white and clear layers. Simply shake well before applying to reconstitute. Pack Size 5L.
Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water
